DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

You’re part of the group. But are you also yourself?

You quickly sense what others expect. You adapt, keep your opinion to yourself or make yourself smaller. Perhaps that helps keep the peace. When there is tension in the group, you notice yourself going quiet, trying harder or following everyone else — sometimes without even realising it. But which parts of you remain unseen?

Feeling that you don’t belong can be connected to different experiences: a family history of migration, having been born abroad and later moved to the Netherlands, having felt out of place in your family, or having been excluded or bullied at school.

Those moments may seem like the past now. On the outside, you are someone who always shows up in the group. Inside, you feel tense, tired and drained afterwards. Or everyday life is going well, yet you don’t show who you are deep down: your talents, ambitions or dreams stay in the background.

RECOGNISE YOURSELF?

Who is this for?

For you if you recognise one or more of these everyday situations.

  • You (or your parents) have a migration background and feel that you don’t fully show who you are.
  • You were once excluded in your family or at school and don’t (yet) know how this unconsciously affects your everyday life.
  • You long to show more (or much more) of yourself without feeling held back.
  • On your way to a social gathering, you feel tension that you can’t quite explain.

You don’t need to know where the pattern comes from. Curiosity is enough. You choose what you share; your pace and boundaries remain the starting point.

THE APPROACH

Discover what protects you, what limits you and how to give yourself more space.

In Belonging, we explore how earlier experiences and unconscious patterns influence your self-expression. Through sharing, reflection, accessible theatre improvisation exercises and systemic constellations, we explore what happens within you when you take your place in a group. No theatre experience is needed.

We also work with an I AM session: a deeper trance journey in which you can connect with what is happening beneath your emotions and beliefs. This offers space to explore whether blocks can be released or begin to shift. Your experience, pace and boundaries guide the process.

01

Recognise your pattern

Notice when you adapt, withdraw or try to earn your place.

02

Experience another possibility

Practise being seen in connection with others. You decide what you share and where your boundaries lie.

03

Take it into everyday life

Choose one small way to give yourself more space in an everyday situation.

WHAT YOU EXPLORE

What will you take into everyday life?

What you discover is personal. You have space to experience and practise, without needing to achieve a particular outcome.

  • Recognise the impact a group has on you: what it sets in motion or holds in place.
  • Practise connecting while clearly sensing and communicating your boundaries.
  • Explore how to feel relaxed and fully yourself in the groups you want to be part of.

ABOUT THE FACILITATION

Portrait of Volker Broszius

I’m Volker Broszius.

As a systemic coach, team coach and facilitator, I build on my experience in management, sales and corporate coaching.

Born in Germany and living in the Netherlands since the age of two, I’m discovering how my roots and my father’s emigration influence my sense of belonging and taking my place.

After burnout and open-heart surgery, I learned to truly listen to my heart and live with less stress. Become Unstoppable grew out of that journey.

Through systemic work, theatre improvisation, music and I AM, I guide you towards your deeper spiritual knowing, beneath emotions and beliefs. With depth, humour and playfulness, we connect this with your everyday choices, work and relationships.

More about Volker

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to share my personal history?

No. You choose what you share. You can explore what happens in the moment without telling the group your whole story.

Do I need to know where my pattern comes from?

No. You can begin with something you recognise now: going quiet in a group, pleasing others or finding it hard to take your place.

How can I ask my questions?

Send Volker a WhatsApp message or email. You can first discuss whether the offer fits your needs and ask for the current practical details.
